Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized drug discovery and clinical decision-making by enabling high-throughput data analysis, predictive modeling, and personalized therapy. Traditional drug discovery is costly, time-consuming, and often inefficient, while AI-driven approaches significantly reduce time-to-market and improve clinical trial design. This review explores AI applications in drug discovery, clinical decision support systems (CDSS), adverse drug reaction prediction, and personalized medicine, highlighting challenges, ethical considerations, and future perspectives.
